Oh, I’m so backed up with posting on this blog it isn’t even funny.  I suppose when it comes to getting albums and guestbooks designed and photos edited, that must always come firs

But I am finally posting some photos from Kelly & Todd’s Wedding at the Winterbourne Inn in Orange Park.

Kelly had the most fun Bridesmaids!

And they were ALL model gorgeous…like out of a magazine.

Now, the guys were fun in their own way as well…

After we had done all the pre-ceremony photographs, I headed over to the reception site to see the decorations.  And, here’s the guestbook I designed for them from their gorgeous engagement photos!

And, this was absolutely the BEST kiss I’ve seen in a long time!

And, no, Kelly did not smash the cake into his face.  But it did make for a funny photo.

So I’m finally able to make a post.  November was an extremely busy month with weddings and engagement sessions.  I had tons of photos to edit AND was working on the complete revamp of my website and galleries for 2009.  Then, I had another wedding in December!  So, I am finally able to wind down just a little (even though I still have 3 albums to design) and I can finally share some of these recent events.

After I got back into town from shooting a wedding in Naples, I had the extreme pleasure of photographing Heather and Wali’s wedding at the Jacksonville Zoo.  I have sincerely enjoyed working with Heather since I first met her…not to mention she is a pleasure to photograph (can you say “natural beauty”?).

I started the day at the Crowne Plaza Hotel where Heather was getting ready.

Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t cooperating with Heather and Wali’s plans for an outdoor wedding in the Range of the Jaguar – so it was moved to a covered area near the entrance of the zoo.  Although this wasn’t what Heather had planned, it was still gorgeous and everyone had a great time!

The wind kept blowing out the candles.  I attempted to light them a couple times to at least get a good shot…but they just wouldn’t stay lit.  So, I “lit” the candles in Photoshop afterwards.  Oh, the tricks.

And the cake was absolutely stunning!

And, some silliness before the reception…

Before we headed back for the reception, we took the time for some photos of just Heather and Wali.  We had the privilege of using the zoo for those photos!

St. Augustine is where Marilyn and George got married and what better way to document the wedding than to include some of the city’s historic scenery?

I was excited to be able to photograph a traditional Romanian wedding here in Jacksonville.

I had the pleasure of photographing the beach wedding of Minnie & Yakubu in Jacksonville Beach today! It was a beautiful wedding on the beach with an intimate reception held at the Fig Tree Inn.

It was a pleasure to travel to Mobile, Alabama to photograph the wedding of Stefanie & Daniel.  What a gorgeous couple!  The location for the ceremony and reception was the home of the bride’s mother.  The lake home location provided a fabulous backdrop for the entire event!

Autumn & Thomas were married in Fernandina Beach, Florida – what a beautiful setting for a wedding!
